Read More...Sutton LSCP is a strategic partnership function under primary legislation, regulations and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018 statutory guidance. The new requirements came into effect on 1 July 2019 and sets out that the three statutory safeguarding partners - the Local Authority, Clinical Commissioning Group and the Police have equal and joint responsibility for Local Safeguarding arrangements.
